Our tree has been up for several weeks. Not decorated, just up. It was delivered to my granddaughter’s house, so when she and her husband brought it over, he unpacked it and assembled it. I absolutely LOVE Christmas trees - that are decorated by someone else! How my daughter and her daughter managed to get all that “stuff” on their trees without needing a vacation, I’ll never understand. By the time I had hung a couple of balls, I was ready for it to be over, and I sat down! I couldn’t begin to imagine how long it must have taken them to decorate their trees. I’m just not creative. Yes, I can write, and that takes some creativity, but how do these people make their trees look like they’re in Fairy Land?? Just beautiful, and not one space to put another thing. (And don’t they get tired?) Anyway, I digress. I knew putting anything on my tree was going to be an adventure because of the “creature” in my heading.
